Fast Fruits Cares, Inc. (“Fast Fruits Cares,” “we,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
When you submit our Start the Conversation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization if you include one, the reason you are reaching out, and your message. When a Future Participant inquiry involves someone under 18, we collect only an age range and a parent or guardian confirmation, and no additional information about the young person at the interest stage.
When you make a donation, your gift is processed by Givebutter, and payment information is collected and handled by Givebutter and its payment processors. Fast Fruits Cares receives donor contact and gift details needed for acknowledgment, receipts, and recordkeeping, and we never receive or store your full card or bank numbers.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, volunteering, pop-up invitations, and pathway interest, to process and acknowledge donations, to meet our legal and tax obligations as a nonprofit organization, and to keep basic records of our work. We use your information for the purpose you shared it and for closely related organizational purposes. We never sell personal information.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Donations are processed by Givebutter and its payment processing partners. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies: Netlify Privacy Policy and Givebutter Privacy Policy.
Information involving youth
Fast Fruits Cares serves youth, and we handle their information with particular care. Our interest form asks a parent or legal guardian to submit on behalf of anyone under 18 and collects only an age range and guardian confirmation at that stage. Any additional information needed for participation is collected later through enrollment materials provided directly to families, with appropriate consent.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable organizational records, and donation records for as long as required for tax, audit, and legal purposes. Information that no longer serves these purposes is deleted.
Your choices
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. To make a request, email us at hello@fastfruitscares.com or contact us through the Start the Conversation form, and we will respond to your request.
